So my car has been down a few days. And today the garage calls and said it will be $1288 to repair it. What? Are you out of your tree? OMG! I made some more calls and found a guy to do it for $300 plus parts. Well, the parts alone will be about $200. I love my car...but having a foriegn car is expensive. Anyhow, just wanted to vent.

Ouch! $1288 compared to $300?? Be careful, a lot of car guys try to take advantage of girls. I'd just flip them off and walk out. LOL.

I feel your pain. The garage wanted $1000 for a rear brake job on my car. I told them no. bought the parts myself and still need to fix the brakes.

Yeah... the bad thing is I need to get it fixed. I cant drive the car until they do it. :/
