Okay, Promys seem to be on the top of everyone's list. So what I think is a good way to go about things is work together to get everyone done with CoP or atleast sea access. After that we should get everyone to atleast rank 6 Then we'll move to Zilart for everyone. Then work on ToAU, and WotG. In between everything I think ranks will continue until everyone is rank 10 in their current nation.

If there is any objections to this, please let me know and we'll come to some sort of an agreement or compromise so everyone is happy.
